반추동물에게 반추동물 단백질이 사료로 들어가지 않는 것이 중요하다

누구나 하는 말이죠. paracelsus 뿐만 아니라 광우병이 뭔지 조금이라도 아는 사람은

다 하는 말입니다. 왜냐면 광우병의 원인이 그것이기 때문이죠.

 

 

excluding: Blood and blood products; gelatin; tallow containing no more than 0.15 percent insoluble impurities and tallow derivatives as specified in 589.2001; inspected meat products which have been cooked and offered for human food and further heat processed for feed (such as plate waste and used cellulosic food casings); milk products (milk and milk proteins); and any product whose only mammalian protein consists entirely of porcine or equine protein.

 

 

또한 paracelsus 자료에서도 나와 있듯이, poultry litter 역시나 소에게 들어가지요

 

송아지가 어릴 때는 소의 피를 먹고 자라고, 커서는 plate waste, poultry litter에 들어있는

소의 단백질을 먹고 자라지요

 

그 뿐만 아니라 사료 공장에서 서로의 단백질이 섞이는 문제도 있지요
